Dr. Ryan is from the Philadelphia suburbs. He graduated from Temple University’s Dental School in 2016. After dental school Dr. Ryan was a dentist in the United States Navy. While in the military he and his wife lived in San Diego California, Okinawa Japan, and Quantico Virginia.

Dr. Ryan is a graduate from Temple University Hospital’s Pediatric Dental Residency where he was the Chief Resident.

When Dr. Ryan is not at his office, he is working at Special Smiles LTD, which is a dental clinic dedicated to the treatment of special needs individuals – both children and adults! Interested in Special Smiles? Click Here. Dr. Ryan is also faculty at Einstein Medical Center Hospital, where he trains and educates dental residents.

When not working, Dr. Ryan enjoys running, spending time with his family, and reading. Go Eagles! Dr. Ryan has completed FIVE! marathons, one of which was in Japan.

  10/10 recommend. My daughter’s appointment went great. Dental Assistant’s Jazz & Diamond were amazing, very attentive and helpful.   Can’t give enough praise to Dr Ryan! After rushing my 17 year old son to the ER when he woke up with a swollen face after a fall they told us to go to our dentist to get an X-ray since there wasn’t anything they could do. Once we got to Dr Cumani’s Dental office the dentist took an X-ray, stated there was a fracture in the root and that his FRONT tooth could not be saved and they would need to pull it out, get a temporary flipper, then eventually get an implant for him. Feeling uneasy and wanting a second opinion, Dr. Ryan was more than happy to help! He was able to save his tooth by doing a root canal and continued to check in to make sure there was no pain. No implant needed thanks to Dr. Ryan!! Before and after pictures below . Would give 10 stars if I could!

  I can see why this place has so many 5 star reviews. Dr Ryan and the dental hygienist were both fantastic with my son. They told him everything that was happening in "kid terms" and were very thorough in explaining everything to me as well. I felt like Dr. Ryan listened to me and gave me unbiased advice, which is hard to come by. Truly exceptional experience!
