Most children start to get their adult teeth around age 6. Bye-bye baby teeth, hello forever teeth!

It is a very important time to make sure brushing and flossing habits are perfect! It is also when Dr. Ryan can start to tell if your child’s adult teeth are developing normally and when you can expect to see more teeth come in.

It is around age 6 that Pediatric Dental Excellence uses a digital panoramic dental Xray to see all your child’s teeth, even the ones that are not yet in the mouth.

Just an FYI – many children start to see an orthodontist around age 7 for braces. We are happy to provide you with a referral.

  Cheery, open and welcoming space. TVs above the dental chairs! Friendly and caring staff. Dr. Ryan is so kind and knowledgeable and takes the time to explain thoroughly and make a good treatment plan. Easy parking in free garage. Highly recommend!
