Laughing Gas
There are often lots of questions about “laughing Gas”. Laughing gas is Nitrous Oxide, a gas that helps your child relax and often get a little giggly. If your child uses laughing gas for their dental appointment, they will be given oxygen to breathe at the same time. This method is a safe and effective way to help the anxious child enjoy their appointment. Dr. Ryan holds a Pennsylvania Type I Anesthesia License so that laughing gas can be safely administered in the office.
Dr. Ryan is from the Philadelphia Suburbs. He graduated from Temple University’s Dental School in 2016. After dental school Dr. Ryan served as a dentist in the United States Navy. While in the military he and his wife lived in San Diego, California, Okinawa, Japan, and Quantico, Virginia.
