Sealants

Did you know most cavities are on the chewing surface (the top) of the tooth? Sealants help prevent cavities from starting on the chewing surface of the tooth. Even the best tooth brusher misses some spots, so sealants help to cover areas of the tooth that are hard to clean. Sealants do not last forever, but if we place them, we will fix them for free as long as your child is a patient of our office.

About Dr. Ryan

Dr. Ryan is from the Philadelphia Suburbs. He graduated from Temple University’s Dental School in 2016. After dental school Dr. Ryan served as a dentist in the United States Navy. While in the military he and his wife lived in San Diego, California, Okinawa, Japan, and Quantico, Virginia.

Pediatric Dental Excellence treats children from ages 0-17 years old. Those with special needs can be seen past 17 years old.

  Dr. Ryan and all the staff were amazing!! It was our first visit and we will be back. My very dentist-phobic daughter had work done that we previously thought needed general anesthesia. They were kind, patient, and their tools were perfect for kids with sensitivities and gag reflexes.

  First time here today for my four kids & I loved it. Everyone is nice, friendly. My 16,14,10 & 4 year old was treated with care, they held conversations with my kids during the whole process and made them laugh!  I can go on and on how they made me and my family comfortable but this is an experience you must witness for yourself!

  Pediatric dental excellence is the best! If you dont take your kids here, you are missing out. The entire Staff is fantastic! I have never been to a dentist office that works so efficiently. I will not be taking my kids anywhere else.
